Spend a day exploring the white sands and crystal clear waters of Kenya's Northern Coast. Snorkel amongst the incredible underwater life including coral, turtles, and schools of fish at Malindi Marine Park. Savor a delicious seafood BBQ on the beach.

After being collected from your hotel or desired pick up location in Mombasa between 7-7:30 AM, head north towards Malindi for approximately 2.5 hours. When you arrive at Malindi Marine Park, take a short sailing trip over to the marine park to learn more about the coral reef and its marine species. Find out how this area provides critical nesting sites for sea turtles, including loggerhead, green, olive ridley, and hawksbill species. Take the opportunity to dive and snorkel amongst the fringing reefs, coral gardens in the lagoons, seagrass beds, mangroves, and mudflats. Keep your eyes peeled for marine mammals, turtles, and various species of shorebirds. The park is home to more than 600 species of fish, 145 types of hard coral, 12 species of echinoids, 135 types of gastropods and 200 species of benthic cover algae. After this amazing experience, climb back on board the boat and set sail for Sardegna Island. Marvel at the incredible beauty of the serene waters amazing white sand.

Swim in the crystal clear waters or take a stroll along the beaches and look out for starfish which you can pick up and hold. The captain and his crew will start grilling fresh seafood right there on the island with quite a variety like prawns, lobster and Barracuda fish accompanied by rice and curry. Lunch will be served on the boat. After lunch, choose to swim on the shallow calm waters before the tides come back and swallow the island. After relaxing and basking on the white sandy beach, at around 4 PM, start the return journey back to Mombasa. Arrive back at your accommodation by 7 PM.
